PROBLEM: Whenever I pack for a trip I’m stressed that I will forget something.

SOLUTION: Make a list of the things that you take on trips. Before the trip add things that pop into your mind. After the trip add things that you wish you would have brought. Keep this list in your suitcase or in a place that makes sense to you.

HINT: On the list have another category for speciality items that only go with you on certain trips (special keys, rabies certificate for pet).
